Terms of Service —The Ground Rules That Keep Free Chat Fun
Last updated: 2026-10-15
The deal between you and FreeChatNow, in plain English. Everything that decides whether free chat stays fast, open, and worth opening lives on this page.
These Terms of Service cover FreeChatNow — the website at freechatnow.online and everything that runs inside it: instant text chat, one-on-one stranger matching, coins, and purchases. They work side by side with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is treated, and together the two documents are the entire agreement between us. The moment you start a chat, you accept both. If any part of this page feels wrong to you, the honest answer is simply not to use the site.
1. Who Is Welcome on FreeChatNow
FreeChatNow is open to anyone who has reached the legal age of adulthood in the country or region where they live. By starting a chat you confirm that you meet that requirement, and that no existing ban from the platform applies to you. Where we have a genuine reason to doubt either, we may ask you to confirm your age or restrict access until you do.
If you create an account, it belongs to you alone. Keep your login to yourself, never sell it, lend it, or hand it to someone who does not meet the age requirement. Whatever happens through your login is your responsibility, so if you think someone else has gotten in, tell us right away.
2. What FreeChatNow Is — and What It Honestly Is Not
FreeChatNow is a free, instant online chat service: open the site, say hello, and you can be talking to a real stranger in seconds — most of it without registration, because a conversation should not start with paperwork.
Two honest limits, stated up front. First, we run the platform and the matching — we do not verify who the people you meet really are, endorse what they say, or sit inside your conversations. Second, who is online depends on the hour, your device, and your connection, so we cannot promise a match within any particular time or a lively crowd at 4am. Features may be added, adjusted, or retired as the product grows, and no feature is guaranteed forever or without interruption.
3. Free to Start, Coins and Payments
FreeChatNow is free to start: opening the site and talking costs nothing, and your first match is free, so you can have a genuine one-on-one conversation before money enters the picture at all. That free allowance is limited, it can change, and it is not a promise of unlimited free use forever.
Longer or premium sessions can use coins. The price of each package and exactly what it includes are always shown in the product before you pay, and that display is what governs — we deliberately fix no figures on this page because pricing evolves. Payments are handled by third-party processors; FreeChatNow never stores your full card details.
- Coins are a licence to use features inside FreeChatNow — not money, not a deposit, and not transferable to another user or another site.
- Coins carry no cash value, except where applicable law says otherwise.
- Completed purchases and consumed sessions are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or the purchase page expressly says so.
- Fraudulent payments, or chargebacks raised without contacting support first, may lead to the order being reversed and the account being restricted.
4. The Rules of Every Conversation
Free chat only stays worth opening if strangers feel comfortable walking in, so these rules apply to every conversation on FreeChatNow — public or private, text or otherwise. Do not:
- Harass, threaten, or gang up on someone — in a chat or after it has ended
- Screenshot, record, or repost another person without their clear permission
- Expose anyone's private details — real name, address, school, workplace, phone number
- Ask other users for money, gift cards, crypto, or payments off the platform
- Ask for passwords, verification codes, or card details — our team will never request these in a chat
- Pretend to be another chatter, a public figure, or a member of FreeChatNow staff
- Flood conversations with spam, run bots, scrapers, or scripts, or probe the site for weaknesses
- Use FreeChatNow for anything unlawful where you live, or involve a minor in any way whatsoever
The everyday habits behind these red lines — what to share, what to keep to yourself, when to simply leave a conversation — are laid out in our online chat safety guide. It is a five-minute read that makes every conversation on the site better.
5. Moderation, Reports and Blocks
Every conversation on FreeChatNow carries report and block controls. Blocking cuts contact between you and the other person immediately — one tap and they are gone. Reporting sends the surrounding context to our moderation team, where a human being, not just a script, reviews what came in. Depending on what a review finds, enforcement can be a warning, a limit on specific features, a suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authorities, and we cooperate with lawful requests where we are required to.
6. What You Share and the Screenshot Reality
You keep ownership of whatever you type, send, or show on FreeChatNow. By sharing it here you grant us the licence needed to transmit and display it so the service can function — nothing broader than that.
One truth no chat platform can engineer away: the person on the other side of the screen can capture what you share — a screenshot of the chat, a screen recording, a second phone pointed at the display. Treat everything you send as potentially permanent, and share nothing you would not want to outlive the conversation.
7. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
FreeChatNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the site fast and stable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any particular social outcome — including who you get matched with or how a conversation goes.
We do not vouch for the identity, conduct, or intentions of other users, and talking to strangers online carries a level of risk that no platform removes entirely. To the maximum extent the law allows, FreeChatNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for what other users do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Leaving, Suspension and Termination
You can stop using FreeChatNow at any moment — close the tab and you are done — and you can ask us to delete your account through our contact page. On our side, we may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where the law requires it, or where leaving an account active would put other chatters at risk. Unused coins are generally not refunded when an account is removed for a violation.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the entity operating FreeChatNow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction gives you stronger rights, nothing here takes those rights away.
Before filing anything formal, contact support and give us the chance to sort it out — most issues resolve faster that way, and a real person reads every message.
10. When These Terms Change
These terms evolve as the product does. When an update is material, we revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and make reasonable efforts to make the change visible. Continuing to use FreeChatNow after an update takes effect means accepting the revised terms.
11. Reaching a Human
Questions about these terms, about a moderation decision, or about a charge you do not recognise all land in the same place: the FreeChatNow contact page, or write to us at support[at]freechatnow.online. One inbox covers everything, and it is staffed by humans.
